(II) INITIAL TRAINING:
The Franchisee will be provided with a detailed structured in-house and on the job training for one (1) to two (2) weeks on the Operation of the Franchise and the Services.

(III) CLEANING KIT:
Shall include the following commercial quality items INCLUDING GST:

Shall include the following commercial quality cleaning products:
· 5 x 1ltr Valencia
· 1 x 1ltr DLX
· 1 x Tonizone Furniture Polish
· 1 x 5ltr Descaler
· 1 x 20ltr Safe Care SC1000
· 4 x Safe Care Spray Bottles


(V) OFFICE EQUIPMENT AND STATIONARY:
Shall initially include the following:

· 1 Large Diary
· 2 Invoice Books
· 3,000 Promotional Flyers
· 1 Fax Machine
· 1 Cash Flow Manager
· 1 Mobile Phone
· 1 Operation Manual


(VI) UNIFORMS:
The uniforms are of high quality and durable in the Black & White Home Services colours and logos. Highly professional and comfortable. Shall include:
· 5 Polo shirts
· Any extra shirts, jumpers etc, may be purchased through the Franchisor at the   Franchisees cost.

(VII) CAR SIGNAGE:
Shall include 2 Black & White Home Services vehicle signs for the Franchisees vehicle.

(VIII) INITIAL OPENING PROMOTION/ADVERTISING:
The Franchisor shall apply a focused marketing campaign in the initial four (4) weeks to generate market awareness and Service Contracts for the Franchisee.

(IX) GUARANTEED INCOME:
The safety of a minimum guaranteed income. The Franchisor will guarantee the Franchisee a minimum of $850 gross service fees for a period of 4 weeks from the commencement date. The Franchisor will pay the difference to the Franchisee between the gross service fees and the Guaranteed amount on a fortnightly basis, on the 1st and 15th of each calendar month.

(X) BUSINESS NAME REGISTRATION:
The Franchisor will arrange for the registration of the appropriate 'Black & White Home Services ( )' name to be registered for the Franchisee.

(XI) INSURANCES:
The Franchisee is required to have insurances of 5 million liability, trailer insurance and accident insurance. The Franchisor will assist with arrangement of these insurances. These insurances can be paid monthly if required.

(XII) BOX TRAILER:
Shall include a 6x4 Trailer, with spare tyre, and fully sign written in the Black & White Home Services franchise logo and details.

(XIII) MANUALS:
The Franchisee shall be provided with one original set of Operations, Training & Procedures Manual at commencement, (These remain the property of the Franchisor).
